SHIPPING & HANDLING

Sorry, we do not ship products internationally.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground and once shipped, will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 "business" days.

If you need products shipped to a P.O. box, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please call us at 1-800-447-1919 to place your order. 

Consumers who place orders and submit a valid email address (that does not block our email correspondence) will receive an order confirmation that will include a customer number and our internal invoice number (different than the shopping cart number).  When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email which includes a UPS tracking number.  Please use this number to follow the progress of your shipment on ups.com. 

Orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days with the exception company holidays or when items are on back order or during peak "sales" times.  You must notify us within 30 days if your shipment has not been received in order for packages to be traced.

Shipping & Handling charges (to orders within the continental U.S.) are based on the dollar amount of your order as follow:

SALES TAX

Currently, sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to Colorado.  Taxes are applied to the entire order, including Shipping & Handling as follow:

    Orders shipped to Denver, Colorado
        Current Colorado state and Denver city sales taxes apply
    Orders shipped to cities in Colorado other than Denver 
        Current Colorado sales taxes apply 

NOTE:  States requiring sales taxes on internet sales is subject to change.  Orders will reflect the latest requirements.

It's simple, just select all items you wish to order on our web site and add each to the shopping cart in the quantities you desire.  When your order is complete, follow all instructions, then select Mail In or Fax as your method of payment.  Then all you need to do is print the order form and mail or fax it to us at:

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Product must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.  Please follow the instructions on the back side of the packing list in order to receive proper credit on returns. Only unopened, unused product will be eligible for refund or credit.  Kits and/or cases must be fully intact with all the original products (unopened and unused) to be eligible for refund or credit.  No partial refunds or credits will be issued on kits, boxed items or cases. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for shipping charges when returning product.  Original Shipping and Handling charges as well as return shipping costs are non-refundable.  Items returned that were charged no shipping or handling fees will be subject to a restocking fee equal to normal shipping and handling charges shown above, not to exceed $5.99.  Orders that are refused by the purchaser will be charged both shipping/handling fees and a restocking fee of $5.99 (total fees = $11.98).
